"What we think, we become." - Buddha
IF you keep having the same negative thoughts, you'll make the same poor choices, which will lead to the same unhealthy behavioral response and you'll be stuck with the same negative experiences and emotions.
BUT
IF you allow yourself to think differently in a positive way, you'll be more open-minded to making a different healthy choice, which will lead to a healthy behavioral response and you'll be rewarded with a positive experience and happy emotions.
Your brain is a reflection of your past experiences. It has a memory system that controls the neurons and therefore the neurons repeat themself. The brain feels comfortable with the "norm" you have mentally developed. I call this, THE UNCOMFORTABLE - COMFORTABLE.
Example: The person who stays in a relationship, career or situation that is not healthy, due to fear of the unknown, they prefer to stay in their comfort-zone because at least it is predictable.
When you feel that unfamiliar feeling, your mind begins to think negatively out of fear. If you listen to that self doubt, you will stay stuck in your life.
WE ARE ENERGY - (Read my article Mind-Body Connection for in-depth description)
It is important to emit positive energy. Think positive, Believe in positive circumstances happening for you and allow the energy fields around you to shift in your favor.
Visualization is a strategy many successful athletics and professionals use to achieve their goals.
"When athletes visualize or imagine a successful competition, they actually stimulate the same brain regions as you do when you physically perform that same action. Visualization in sports or mental imagery is a way of conditioning for your brain for successful outcomes."
You have to believe it! THAT IS THE KEY TO THE POWER WITHIN YOUR MIND!
IMAGINE- Whatever experience you are trying to bring into reality;
SEE IT, FEEL IT, TOUCH IT, TASTE IT, SMELL IT, BE IT!
Consistency is always important for results. If you want to be better, you have to consistently do what it takes to achieve your goal. If you know you're a person who views the glass half empty, then you have to make a conscious effect to be aware of your mental perception and do what is necessary and works for you to re-frame.
Meditation, guided hypnosis, motivational videos and quotes are all tools to help you get your brain to "re-frame" and "re-wire." Most people struggle with inner-peace and focus, which is why those resources are helpful. Consistency practice these techniques or which ever you feel works for you and make sure you do it at least once a day! In the morning is usually the best time to do something that focuses on your positive energy because it gets your mind in a positive mindset for the day!
ENERGY
WE ARE ENERGY - Humans are made of atoms, hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. You also contain much smaller amounts of the other elements that are essential for life. The elements in our bodies, like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, have a specific electrical charge.
Where do we get that from? Our nutritional intake. (Food, drinks, supplements.)
Even while sleeping, a human body produces around 80 watts of thermal energy as a side product of the metabolic breakdown of nutrients.
The brain consumes the most amount of energy. Energy comes in six basic forms: chemical, electrical, radiant, mechanical, thermal and nuclear.
"Everything is energy, and everything is connected to everything else through fi elds. ... The quantum theory researchers discovered the answer: Not only do particles consist of energy, but so does the space between. This is the so-called zero-point energy. Therefore it is true: Everything consists of energy."
When you are not allowing positive energy to flow within you and through you, your mind and body believe you are in survival mode. (READ MY BLOG ABOUT FIGHT OR FLIGHT TO UNDERSTAND IN DEPTH)
Meditation and guided visualization for brain wave frequencies changes -
"There are five common types of brain waves. A test called an EEG can identify and measure the electrical activity in your brain. Brain waves are measured by frequency, which is cycles per second, or hertz (Hz), and they range from very slow to very fast. Alpha waves fit in the middle of the spectrum, between theta waves and beta waves."
Here’s the full spectrum of the five common types of brain waves that you experience every day, from slowest to fastest:
Delta
When you’re deep in a state of dreamless sleep, your brain is producing delta waves, which are the slowest type of brainwave. They measure between 0.5 and 4 Hz.
Theta
When you’re sleeping more lightly or when you’re extremely relaxed, your brain may produce more theta waves. Theta waves measure between 4 and 8 Hz.
Alpha
Alpha waves fall in the middle of the brain wave spectrum.
Your brain produces these waves when you’re not focusing too hard on anything in particular. Whatever you’re doing, you’re probably feeling relatively calm and relaxed. These waves measure between 8 and 12 Hz.
THIS IS THE BRAIN WAVE THAT IS MOST ASSOCIATED WITH MEDITATION AND DEEP RELAXATION TO MANIFEST AND SEND/EMIT POSITIVE ENERGY USED FOR HEALING AND MANIFESTATION!
Beta
With these kinds of brain waves, you’re wide awake, alert, and focused. You’re going about your activities of daily living and making decisions. This is when your brain produces higher-speed beta waves, which measure between about 12 and 35 Hz.
Gamma
Your brain produces the speediest of brain waves, the gamma waves, when you’re actively involved in processing information and learning. You’re concentrating and solving problems, and these brainwaves, which tend to measure upward of 35 Hz, are the proof.
REMEMBER- YOU ARE ENERGY IN FLOW! EMIT POSITIVE ENERGY!
BE THE LIGHT!
