Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy helps couples discover how unhealthy patterns within their relationship happen and explore what they need to do in order to change them.

Behind every great relationship are at times, difficult and uncomfortable conversations. It takes compromise and willingness to allow each other to be heard and understood. Elderly Companion

It’s just as important to exercise our mind as it is our body. The less we use are brain, the more likely we are to develop memory loss, depression and other physical and psychological ailments. 

My services provide companionship to the elderly. I meet with each individual and/or their family members to customize a plan that fulfills their or their loved ones needs.

My services include, but are not limited to:

  • Social Interaction - Learning about the individuals interests and providing communication that involves those topics. We can discuss history, philosophy, art, etc.

  • Playing Games - Playing board games, cards, crossword puzzles, puzzles and other mentally stimulating games that are good for the mind and enjoyable.

  • Art/ Music Therapy - Art is a therapeutic experience which can be reached through painting, coloring, arts and crafts, knitting or anything that one can make as well as listen to music that touches the soul. 

  • Movies - Watching a movie and discussing the meaning of it or watching something that makes you laugh.

  • Books - We can read together or read the same book and have our own “book club” to discuss the story and our thoughts. 

  • Gardening - Exploring a local garden or making one in their home to feel the therapeutic benefits of nature.
