Anxiety can be debilitating! You begin to feel your heart racing, you sweat, your thoughts become consumed with overthinking and replying negative feedback loops and a feeling as though you're suffocating. You might even feel physical symptoms, such as; nausea or stomach hurts.

Let's share in this group what anxiety feels like to you and what therapeutic methods have worked to overcome it in those moments where you are having an anxiety attack. If you haven't been able to find something that works for you, that is okay! That is why this group was developed - to give you all a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings and insight. A virtual space to connect with each other and support members.
